At Holy City Straw Company, we take the guesswork out of sustainability.

Petroleum-based plastic / bioplastic straws and cutlery are polluting our oceans, disrupting our ecosystems, impacting human health and contributing to the overall demise of our planet.

Our Company was formed in 2019 to solve the challenge facing both businesses and consumers in today’s environmentally conscious world and evolving circular economy. Our goal was to identify, produce, and distribute a 100% plant-based and cost effective alternative without sacrificing the user experience!

Our solution…drinking straws made from natural wheat and reed plant stems and cutlery made from bamboo! Nature saves the day once again!

Explosion of microplastics entering the environment and ultimately impacting our food supply and health.

Excessive carbon footprint left from the plastic life cycle during production and disposal is accelerating climate change.

Our line of drinking straws and cutlery are one of the only non-manufactured, 100% biodegradable, and 100% bio-based products on the market today. Mother Earth is our machine.

Our straws require minimal carbon usage during the beginning and end-of-life cycle. They come straight from nature and, when disposed, will naturally return to the Earth all while eliminating downstream waste!
